His Majesty the King, continuing his convalescence after an attack of catarrhal inflammation of the lung, left the Royal Lodge, Windsor, by road to-day for a short stay at Sandringham, his Norfolk estate. The next official engagement so far announced for the King is on July 31, when he will hold a small investiture at Buckingham Palace.
