REDCLIFFS TRAFFIC CONTROL

Sir,—ln to-day’s issue you publish the account of a motor-cyclist being prosecuted for travelling through Redcliffs at speeds between 50 and 80 miles an hour. According to witnesses this has been a daily occurrence for four weeks. I think this proves my contention in your journal recently that this highway is not receiving the attention it should have and that residents are not getting the protection that they are entitled to. Thanks of residents are certainly due to the Municipal Electricity Department’s employees for reporting the matter. —Yours, etc., RESIDENT, July 18, 1951.
