MAN DIES OF INJURIES PEDESTRIAN STRUCK BY CAR A pedestrian who was struck by a motor-car in Riccarton road soon after 7 o’clock last evening died of injuries about three and a half hours later in the Christchurch Public Hospital He was: Edward Haldane, a married man, of 11 Girvan street. Mr Haldane wks admitted to the hospital at 7.25 pm. ' TWO CYCLISTS INJURED A cyclist, Richard French, aged 48, of Rosebery street, was admitted to the Christchurch Public Hospital at 8.5 a.m. yesterday with head injuries suffered when he was knocked over by a car in Selwyn street. His condition last evening was satisfactory. Harry Geary, aged 70 years, of 77 Mandeville street, ' suffered head injuries when he was knocked off his bicycle by a car in Riccarton road yesterdav morning. He was admitted to the Christchurch Public Hospital at 8.35 ajn. His condition last evening was satisfactory.
