CHRISTCHURCH LADIES’ CLUB An L G.U. medal match played by members of the Christchurch Ladies’ Golf Club at Shirley yesterday resulted as follows : Silver Division.—Miss Z. Hudson, 78, 2 76; Mrs R. H. Glading, 92, 14—78; Mrs J. Hennie, 98. 18—80. Division.—Miss W. Morgan. 90. 19—71; Mrs J. B. Hay, 99, 21—78; Mrs G Turrell, 101, 23—78. The play-off for the June medal was won by Mrs R. E. Alexander. In the final of the Vernon salver, Mrs Alexander beat Mrs Turrell, 2 up. KAIAPOI LADIES’ CLUB r Z , was held by the Kaiapoi Ladies Golf Club on Tuesday. In the morning a nine-hole stroke match was played, and in the afternoon a bogey match. Results were:— Stroke Match.—Miss S. Blackwell, 51, 15 —36; Mrs R. Fahey, 56, 18—38; Mrs R. Dastler, 47. 9—38. Smith, 120, 36—84. The week-end Stableford bogey resulted:—Miss J. Agar (14), 31 points; Mrs C. Wood (27), 28 points; Mrs A. Fulton (27) 21 points. ’
