MINISTER INDUCTED AT HALKETT
The Rev. lan G. Ryburn was inducted as Presbyterian minister at Halkett yesterday afternoon. The Moderator of the Christchurch Presbytery (the Rev. S. C. Francis) presided at the service. The ocbasicnal sermon was preached by the Rev. D. K. Boyd, of Lyttelton, and the address to the minister and congregation was given by the Rev. B. C. Nottage, of St. Albans. With these ministers was the Rev. A. R. Chisholm, who has been interim moderator of the Halkett parish for about a year.
