JUNIOR NAVY LEAGUE

ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting of the Junior Navy League Was held last evening, when the president (Miss Natalie Vale), after reviewing the activities of a full and interesting year, reminded members of the functions of the league to keep before the public the fact that the Empire’s security in war and prosperity and in peace depended on maintaining sea power. She said that the branch supported the Sea Cadet Corps, which gave valuable training to boys, and the branch also fostered closer personal contact and understanding among members of the Commonwealth and Empire.
