FROM INDIA.—Miss Mehera M. Doctor, superintendent of nursing services in Bombay, who has come to New Zealand for six months to study the Dominion’s nursing administration. Her visit was arranged by the United Nations* International Children’s Educational Fellowship. In an interview, she said that all public hospitals in India were now entirely manned by Indians.
