SCHUMAN PLAN
COMPLETION DELAYED LONDON, April 12. Finsl points in the ratification of the Schuman Plan for pooling West Europe’s heaVy industry are not 1 kely to be cleared up for a week. The six Foreign Ministers of the countries that have initialled the plan met in Paris to-day. The French Foreign Minister (Mr Robert /Schuman) said that the final points would have to be cleared up and the plan sgned formally before it could be submitted to Parliament. After the meeting to-day, Mr Schuman held, a private discussion with the Federal German Chancellor (Dr. Konrad Adenauer) in his capacity as Foreign Minister of the-West German Republic.
