£7500 FOR SYDENHAM BUILDINGS A shop property in Sydenham WM sold at auction in Christchurch yesterday morning for £7500. The sale ww made on account of the Guardia Trust and Executors Company in the estate of G. G. Woodham. A brick building of two storey* i> front and one storey at the rear, et 480 Colombo street, brought £5259 and an adjoining building at 482 Colombo street, described as an old type building of wood in the front and brick, at the rear with two shops ii tire front, was sold for £2250. two buildings occupied 36.6 perchee.
