Outlook for Friday: fair to cloudy. WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the Couth Island is:— Pair. CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER The weather in Christchurch yesterday waa fine but overcast, with a light northeast wind. The maximum temperature was M. 6 degrees. At midnight, the sky was overeast and there was a light north-east wind. The temperature was 55. S degrees. The barometer, falling, registered 36.012 inches (1015.3 millibars).
