CONSUMERS 5% POWER-SAVING ESSENTIAL 5% POWER-SAVING ESSENTIAL Although the allocation of electricity in this area for 1951/52 shows a 5% increase, the actual rate of consumption through the extended use of electricity exceeds 10%. This means that WE MUST IMMEDIATELY REDUCE OUR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY BY APPROXIMATELY 5% TO KEEP WITHIN OUR ALLOCATION.
