Forecast: moderate winds, north-eart near the coast, north-west inland: areas of morning fog, otherwise fair; temperatures warm. _ WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the South Island is:— Moderate westerly winds predominating; weather cloudy to overcast, with oeeaatoual drizzle and light rain; temperatures mild. CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER The day in Christchurch yesterday was nne, the maximum temperature being 76.3 degrees. At midnight the sky was overeast, and there was no wind. The temperature was 51.6 degrees.
