DAMAGES FOR DEATH OF WIFE

In the Su- , preme Court to-day. Special damages of £B7 12s were acknowledged by the : defendant company, which admitted , the negligence of its employee. The , jure assessed general damages at Mr Justice Fell reserved the entry of judgment until to-morrow to enable counsel to look into costs and the form of the judgment.
