ONE DEATH AMONG QUADRUPLETS

(Rec. 9 p.m.) MELBOURNE. Nov. 9. The heaviest of the five-day-old quadruplets born to Mr and Mrs Ogle, of Melbourne, died to-day. and there is anxiety over the condition of the other children. Blood tests taken soon after the birth revealed that the quadruplets were all Rh babies—their blood being of a different group from that of their mother. The bov died in spite of repeated blood transfusions, but doctors say that the other boy and two girls are responding to treatment. The babies were five weeks premature at birth.
