CHANGE OF STABLES FOR REAL SCOTT

Real Scott, which won 10 races and recorded two placlngs from 14 starts last season, has been transferred from N- L. Berkett’s stables to those of A. J. Motl. by Mrs E. O’Neill and Mr C. Gooqmtfn, Real Scott has won his way to a 4mih 2?sec mark for two miles. He is one of the most promising young horses in commission.

He went amiss after the New Brighton meeting on September 23 and he reappeared at Auckland at Labour week-end. He failed to reach the monsy in his races there., although he showed a great burst of speed in the middle stages. He should not be long making amends for his new trainer, and one of his principal missions will be the £5OOO Auckland Trotting Cup, which has a limit of 4min 22sec. Native Pitch Reinstated

The action of the stipendiary stewards in reinstating Native Pitch to harness races was confirmed at a meeting of the executive of the New Zealand Trotting Conference last evening.

It was also decided that Aberhall be placed on the schooling list. A letter was received from the stipendiary stewards stating that the matter had been reconsidered and they were unanimous that their earlier recommendation should be adhered to.
