NORTH CANTERBURY SCHOOLS’ SPORTS
Hundreds of primary school pupils from North Canterbury schools competed in the annual athletic tournament at Dudley Park, Rangiora. yesterday. More than 80 teams, each of 10 children, held a series of tabloid sports in the morning. Infants were engaged in organised games. The schools represented were:—Fernside (F.), Belfast (Bel.), Rangiora (Rga.). Kaiapoi (Kai.), Waikuku (Wai.), Sefton (S.). Tuahiwi (Tu.), Cust (Cu), Warren (W.). Oxford (Ox.), Swannanoa (Swan.).
