BIASSED LOST CHANCE EARLY IN RACE
Biassed lost his chance in the early stages of the Wellington Handicap, for which he was third favourite, ate Trentham on Saturday. Biassed’s jockey, J. G. Dulieu, broke a leather in his preliminary, and was supplied with two new leathers by the starter. Both these leathers broke soon after the start of the race. Biassed then losing his chance i and giving Dulleu an uncomfortable ride. I The leathers were examined immediately after the race and appeared to be of good material, the judicial committee reported.
