WINTER SPORTS CLUB’S CHAMPIONSHIPS N. Hamilton and Miss A. Johnson won the men’s and women’s ski-ing championships of the Canterbury Winter Sports Club, which were held at the week-end at Mount Cheesman. The men’s slalom was held over a vertical drop of about 400 feet, the women’s slalom over about 300 feet, and the downhill over about 1000 feet.
