WELLINGTON GIRLS’ COLLEGE
MISS M. J. CLARK TO BE NEW PRINCIPAL (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 14. The board of governors of the Wellington Girls’ College yesterday appointed Miss Maida J. Clark principal of the college. Miss Clark was educated at the college. She later served on the staffs of the New Plymouth Girls’ High School, the Auckland Girls’ Grammar School, and the Napier Girls’ High School. She has also had teaching experience in England. Miss Clark, who will succeed Miss E. M. North as principal, will take up her new duties in September.
