WEST INDIES CRICKETERS
SECOND DAY AGAINST GLAMORGANSHIRE LONDON, May 29. A big Whitsun crowd at Cardiff watched the second day’s play in the West Indies match against Glamorganshire. and was entertained by some excellent batting. In reply to Glamorganshire’s poor first innings total of 123. the West Indies scored 328, giving the visitors a lead of 205 runs. Another century partnership between Worrell and Weekes was a feature to-day. They added 101 in 80 minutes and then Johnson, who hit three 6’s, helped Gomez to add 64 in 45 minutes for the eighth wicket. Scores:— WEST INDIES First Innings
