BUSINESS—To consider, and if thought fit, to amend the Rules of the Society in the following respects:— (a) To change the name of the Society to "The Canterbury and Coast branch of the New 'Zealand Crippled Children Society (Incorporated).” (b) To increase the annual subscription from 5s to 10s, reserving to each subbranch the right to retain the annual subscription payable by its members at ss. (c) To provide that the committee shall consist of the President, Vice-Presi-dents, Secretary, Treasurer, and twelve other members of the Society. The committee shall have power to add to the number any appointee of any sub-branch of the Society in its district. The usual monthly meeting of the General Committee will follow. V. D.
