RECORD ATLANTIC FLIGHT

(Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, November 6. A Pan American Stratocruiser to-day arrived in London from New York in 9 hours 12 minutes, knocking 9 minutes off the record set yesterday by another Pan American Clipper, the Mayflower.

The Stratocruiser carried 21 passengers and a crew of 10. It travelled the Great Circle route of 3500 miles at 20,000 feet. The Mayflower carried 45 passengers.
