RECORD PRICE FOR KENYA COFFEE
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) NAIROBI, November 5., A record price for coffee was reachech to-day when eight tons of Kenya coffee J were sold for £B4l a ton. Other sales reached prices nearly as high. All the prices were almost twice as high as was paid for similar coffee a fortnight ago. It is believed that the coffee is being bought for European markets, where the coffee shortage is acute.
