THE NAPIER SEAT
INDEPENDENT LABOUR CANDIDATE “The Press” Special Service WELLINGTON, October 15. Mr John Cummins, a contractor, of Wellesley road, Napier, has announced his intention of standing as an Independent Labour candidate for the Napier seat in the coming elections. He is the fourth candidate to enter the field at Napier. The others are Mr A. E. Armstrong (Labour), Mr W. Tucker (National), and Mr J. Brown (Communist).
