1 COLLISION WITH TRUCK (New Zealand Press Association.) AUCKLAND. October 1. A youth died in Middlemore Hosital. Auckland, at 4 a.m. to-day frorr liuries received when his bicycle anc truck collided in Cornwall road apatoetoe, al 6 p.m. yesterday.
