Dominion Rubber.—This company’s production for the month of August was 50.0001b.—(P.A.) Hume Pipe (Aust.).—The accounts show a net profit of £150,291, from which has to be provided £62,000 for taxation. The annual meeting will be held on October 3. The directors recommend a dividend on preference shares of 3% per cent, (making 7J per cent, for the year) and 4 per cent, on ordinary shares, making 8 per cent, for the year.— Skellerup Industries, Ltd.—An annual preference dividend of 5 per cent, has been declared—ex September 19. Woolworths, Ltd., Sydney.—This company is paying an interim ordinary dividend of 5 per cent.—ex September 19. Woolworths (Victoria) Ltd.—The directors have authorised a final preference dividend of 3J per cent., making 7 per cent, for the year; payable October 15— ex September 23.
