TRAMWAY BOARD RATE
(From Our Parliamentary Reporter.) . WELLINGTON, August 9. Authority to increase the rating gower of the Christchurch Tramway oard from 3-16 d to is given in the Christchurch Tramway District Amendment Bill introduced in the House of Representatives to-day by Mr R. M. Macfarlane (Government, Christchurch Central). The bill is a short measure covering less than half a page of foolscap.
