WESTERN GERMAN CONSTITUTION
RATIFICATION BY STATES (Rec. 8 p.m.) % LONDON, May 21. Reuter’s Berlin correspondent says that South Wuerttemberg, in the French zone of Germany, has become the last West German legislature to ratify the Bonn Constitution. Ten out of the 11 States have voted for ratification. /
