Fruit Mince: 11b raisins; 1 cup sultanas; little lemon peel (if liked); about J teacup orange juice; A teacup brown sugar; some spice and cinnamon mixed in with the sugar. Mix all together, add a little butter, put in double saucepan, stir and simmer for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool. Roll Fether-Flake fairly thin and line sponge roll tin.
