POWER BOARD WORKER FOUND DEAD
(P.A.) WANGANUI, March 1. An employee of the WanganuiRangitikei Electric Power Board was to-day found dead, lying across the power lines on a newly-constructed main highway bridge at Bulls. He was John Eric Taylor, a married man, of Marton. Artificial respiration was applied without success. Mr Taylor went to the bridge to disconnect the power lines which had serviced the construction of the new bridge. Later, workmen found him lying across the lines.
