MARTIAL LAW DECLARED
ACTION BY PERSIAN AUTHORITIES
(R £ C ‘ ? ? ) TEHERAN, Feb. 28. Martial law has been proclaimed over all parts of Persia where military garrisons are stationed. The proclamation was prepared on February 21, when the Council of Ministers authorised the War Ministry’ to take such action at its own discretion “when the necessity arises.”
