Howard Smith Payment.—Howard Smith, Ltd., is paying a final ordinary dividend of 3 per cent, on April 27, making 5 per cent, for the year, against 4| per cent, in 1947. New Zealand shareholders will receive £4 0s 4d per cent, at the annual rate.
