SWIMMING Swimming events for schoolchildren were held by the Lyttelton Amateur Swimming Club at Corsair Bay on Saturday. Results were:— 33 1-3 yards handicap: R. Wynn (scr) 1, B. Stevens (scr) 2, A. Stevenson (ssec) 3. 33 1-3 yards breaststroke: B. Stevens (scr) I. G. Vickery (4sec) 2, A. Stevenson (scr) 3. 33 1-3 yards, girls: P. Telfer 1, R. Ede 2, D. Vickery 3. 25 yards, girls: R. Ede 1, D. and C. Vickery (equal) 2. Dive, boys: R. Ede 1. B. Stevens 2, A. Stevenson 3. Dice, girls: R. Ede.
