14 HUNGARIANS TO BE TRIED
OF CONSPIRING WITH CARDINAL (Rec. 7 *p.m.) BUDAPEST, Feb. 23. “The Government’s indictment against 14 persons who are alleged to have conspired with Cardinal Mindszenty was completed to-day,” says the British United Press. “They include Cardinal Mindszenty’s archivist, Bela Fabian, who is alleged to have buried secret papers in the basement of Esztergom Palace. The trial is expected to begin in two or three weeks.”
