CENTENNIAL CONFERENCES
The New Zealand Manufacturers’ Federation has accepted the offer of the Canterbury Manufacturers’ Association to conduct the federation’s annual general conference in Christchurch in 1950. The federation has asked the association for a suitable date. An invitation to the Dominion executive of Federated Farmers to hold its annual conference at Christchurch during Canterbury’s centennial year will be given by the North Canterbury executive of the federation.
