FRENCH OUTPUT OF URANIUM
SUPPLIES OF ORE SAID TO BE ADEQUATE PARIS, February 21. Professor Joliot-Curie, head of the French Atomic Energy Commissariat, told the French newspaper “Liberation” that France now had enough uranium ore to satisfy her own production of uranium. He was commenting on the discovery of a uranium ore deposit near St. Sylvestre in central France.
