TEAM TO REPRESENT NEW ZEALAND CONTESTS WITH VISITING AUSTRALIANS (PJk.) WELLINGTON. Feb. 22. The team to represent New Zealand against Australia in the athletics test in Wellington on March 5 was announced to-day by the administration committee of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association. The selectors were Messrs J. W. Holley and R. Beattie. The team will be as follows: 100 Yards.—A. R. P. Eustace (Auckland), D. R. Batten (Canterbury), C. Parker (Waikato). 220 Yards.—Batten and Parker. 440 Yards.—J. C. Grierson (Auckland) and J. Sutherland (Canterbury). 880 Yards.—Grierson, J. D. Sinclair (Otago), and G. Waller (Wellington). One Mile.—Sinclair. M. L. Marshall (Waikato), N. Bates (West Coast, North Island). , , „ 120 Yards Hurdles.—Eustace and L. R. Smith (Wellington). 220 Yards Hurdles.—Smith, D. G. Steward (Auckland), and J. S. Williams (Canterbury). 440 Yards Hurdles.—Steward and Williaßroad Jump—D. Dephoff (Canterbury) and W. B. Hough (Auckland).
