Release of Engineering News “An attempt could be made to lift the present restrictions on senior civil servants, and so enable them to provide well informed news of current works, not only to press reporters, bui also to their own technical journals,” said Mr F, N. Stace (Wellington), convener of the public relations committee, in a report to the annual conference of the New Zealand Institution of Engineers in Auckland yesterday. The report suggested a number of aims for the institution in the field of public relations.
