HASTY GLANCE WINS HANDICAP (PA.) PALMERSTON N., Feb. 20. The Rangitikei Racing Club’s summer meeting was held in fine weather. The track was fast. There was a large attendance, and the totalisator handled £52,576 10s, compared with £42,763 last year, an increase of £9813 10s.
