“MUST LEARN TO BE INFORMERS”
ADVICE GIVEN TO CZECHS (Rec. 8 p.m.) PRAGUE, February 17. Czechs must learn to inform on one another, says a Communist publicist. Vaclav Lacina, writing in the Czech cultural newspaper “Lidove Noviny.” They must forget their old prejudices and abandon their old sentimentality. To say that a Czech must not inform was “racist and Fascistic.” Lacina singled out for watching persons producing leaflets or indulging in “sinister whispering.”
