“HOLMES LETTER” INCIDENT
LABOUR FEDERATION WANTS INQUIRY
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, February 17. An inquiry by the Government into the “Holmes letter” incident will be sought by *the New Zealand Federation of Labour. The national council of the federation to-day decided to ask for an investigation “into the entire circumstances surrounding the ‘Holmes case,’ with a view to seeing justice meted out, and a report being made to the annual conference if necessary.”
