SALE OF GRAZING FARM AT KOPARA
From Our Own Reporter GREYMOUTH. February 17. The Westland Land Valuation Committee, which has been trying to develop dairying in the Kopara district by the subdivision of a large grazing unit, has been directed by the Land Valuation Court to approve of the sale of an 1100-acre block by the Public Trustee and Francis Costello to John M. Clausen at £4750. Last November the committee refused its consent, holding that the Crown, in spite of its indicated reluctance, should again consider acquirin'' the property for subdivision into three dairying units. A letter from the Minister of Lands (Mr C. F. Skinner) has now been received by the chairman of the committee (Mr Mark Wallace),
