PRINCESS ELIZABETH HAS MEASLES
LONDON, January 25. It is officially announced that Princess Elizabeth has measles. The attack is taking the ordinary course. Princess Elizabeth is at Sandringham with her baby, Prince Charles.
Princess Elizabeth is in "semi-isola-tion” at Sandringham and is not allowed to see her son, says the “Evening Standard.” A British Medical Association spokesman said to-day that although measles is infectious for several days before the rash appears, it is considered very unlikely that Prince Charles will catch the infection from Princess Elizabeth.
He added that a case of measles was very rare in a baby the age of Prince Charles, now just over two months old.
