The selection was mostly of good to super style and catalogues were largely comprised of hogget wools and ewe clips before lamb i n g. The local mills were keen to procure their usual supplies and most of the choicest lines fell to their bids.

Practically every lot was sold at auction and the prices realised will be very satisfactory to growers as despite the altered exchange rate, values were as good as at the peak sales last season. The following is the official range of prices:—
