BARKING DOGS
Sir,—There is another letter in vour paper complaining of barking dogs. People have been trying for years to have some relief from them, but still nothing is done. Surely it is high time the City Council took notice, and passed a by-law to help the sufferers It is no use appealing to the owners; they are utterly selfish in the matter. —Yours, etc., _ STILL HOPING. December 15. 1948.
