PASSING OUT PARADE AT WlGRAM.—Brigadier C. E. Weir, officer commanding the Southern Military District, taking the salute at the passing out parade at Wigram yesterday, when aircraftmen who have completed a year’s course at the station’s electrical and wireless school were presented with their radio mechanics’ badges. The ceremony coincided with the tenth anniversary of the school. With Brigadier Weir at the saluting base are Wing Commander A. B. Greenaway, commanding officer, Wigram, and Squadron Leader J. E. Duncan, of the Air Department.
