Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary General Meeting of the abovenamed Society, duly convened and held on the 7th day of Decemebr, 1948, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That this Society cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the Society be wound up voluntarily.” Dated at Christchurch this 14th day of December, 1948.
