LYTTELTON NEWS
LICENSING CHARGES DISMISSED Charges of opening licensed premises, exposing liquor for sale, and of selling liquor after hours against David Rodgers, licensee of the Ocean View Hotel, Governor’s Bay, were dismissed by Mr Rex C. Abernethy, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court at Lyttelton, yesterday. Mr W. F. Tracy appeared for the defendant.
