RIOTS IN PARIS.—Fighting broke out in central Paris recently, when a strike crowd rushed the national aviation offices, denouncing the recent dismissal of workers from the Government pay-roll in the nationalised aviation industry. Placards carried by the crowd bear inscriptions meaning “Down with the Marshall Plan” and “All United in this Battle.”
