CZECH DIPLOMAT RESIGNS

(Rec. 7 p.m.) DUBLIN, Aug. 31. Dr. Pavel Ruzicka, the Czechoslovak Minister to Eire, said to-day that he no longer represented the Prague Government in Eire.

He' added that the news of Dr. Benes’s critical state of health confirmed that he had* been a broken man since February, when he had failed to give the message which 80 per cent, of the Czech people awaited as a signal to oppose oppression.
